Overview

MRICS Building Surveyor - Prime / Super Prime Residential work – London and Southern France – Hybrid working.

About the role

Established and reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice focusing on Prime / Super Prime Residential Building Surveys. They are hiring for an MRICS Building Surveyor located in London or Home Counties who can carry out Residential Building Surveying work to their required standard. There is regular work across Europe, including Paris and the South of France, which is likely to become part of regular serviced locations.

Location and working arrangement

Hybrid working: one day in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Residential Building Surveys to the practice's required standards.
• Specialise in Prime and Super Prime properties.
• Support potential travel to Europe as part of regular servicing locations (e.g., Paris, South of France).
• Meet output expectations, approximately 10 surveys per month.

Requirements / Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Experience in Prime / Super Prime residential surveying.
• Strong reporting standards, attention to detail, and professional diligence.
• Based in London or Home Counties (or willing to be) with flexibility for travel to Europe.

Offering

• Basic salary around £70,000 – £75,000, plus car allowance and bonus for the right experience.
• 30% bonus over three times salary paid once yearly.
• All figures quoted are approximate; additional car allowance/bonus payments may apply.
