Motor Vehicle Technician – Fleet Operations

Location: Bury

Hours: 37.5 per week average

Shift allowance: approximately 12.5% uplift on basic salary

Basic Salary: £31,049 to £37,796 per annum (AFC Band 5)

About the Role

The role of NWAS Vehicle Technician is to ensure all Trust vehicles (Petrol / Diesel / Hybrid and EV) are serviced, repaired and maintained to the Trust and DVSA’s exacting standards. The post incorporates the skilled service and repair of specialist ambulance equipment.

Qualifications
  • Recognised apprenticeship e.g. Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience
  • NVQ or C&G level 3 qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence with category C1 entitlement

Additional Context
