Responsibilities

  • Keep the Motor Insurance Database up to date with all vehicles.
  • Manage relationships between internal businesses and clients.
  • Send invoices from internal systems to recover monies.
  • Monitor motor accidents and complete investigations.
  • Provide documents to solicitors for claims finalization.
  • Handle general administration duties.
  • Manage TP complaints with regular communication.
  • Share insurance documents with internal businesses and customers.
  • Assist with Employers liability claims.
