Responsibilities

• Assess mortgage applications and process Certificate of Titles.
• Manage escalation calls from mortgage intermediaries and solicitors.
• Liaise with underwriters on complex policy decisions.
• Provide recommendations to underwriters for offer approvals.
• Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activity.
