Job summary

Vault Credit is seeking a highly organized Mortgage Fulfillment Officer to manage mortgage files from commitment through funding. You will verify borrower information, review documents for compliance, and coordinate with mortgage brokers, underwriters, and lawyers to ensure timely closings.

The role requires strong multitasking and a meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize mortgage files from commitment to funding.
Verify and validate all mortgage and client information for accuracy and completeness.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with file-specific conditions and company policies; follow up with mortgage brokers for outstanding items.
Conduct AML and KYC verification for all borrowers and guarantors.
Apply strong pipeline management skills to monitor loans in progress and collect outstanding documentation.
Instruct lawyers and review legal documentation to ensure alignment with lenders' credit and underwriting standards.
