Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a QA Analyst to analyze closed loan files post-purchase for onshore and offshore teammates to verify compliance with investor, legal, and company guidelines. Regular or temporary employment status is noted; English fluency is required for effective communication.

The role involves collaborating with Operations to ensure consistency across campuses and providing timely feedback during QA calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and work related training.
• 2+ years of experience working with mortgage loan procedures and documents and/or quality assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent education and related training.
• 4+ years of experience in a finance or mortgage related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and consistency for all Correspondent teammates, vendors, and sites via post purchase loan analysis.
• Reports findings/deficiencies as needed, using clear concise language.
• Participate in occasional training updates for Operations staff and provides feedback to Operations staff during monthly Quality Assurance calls.
• Validate information entered into Lending Space is accurate, findings are valid, and documentation present is acceptable/sufficient.
• Identify patterns in errors/deficiencies before they become trends and expedite as needed to applicable management.
• Mentor and train peers in areas of relative strength.
• Generate reports to assist with Operations production/monitoring as needed.
