Job summary

Our Client is a leading financial institution seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing mortgage applications, ensuring documentation is complete, and delivering accurate processing to support timely funding.

You will liaise with clients, lenders and internal teams, maintain precise records, monitor payments and contribute to regular mortgage reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process and review mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation
• Liaise with clients, lenders and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve any issues
• Maintain accurate records of all mortgage transactions and update internal databases
• Prepare and submit mortgage documents to lenders for approval and funding
• Monitor and track mortgage payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Assist in the preparation of mortgage reports and analysis for management
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed
