Job summary

The Mortgage & Company in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Full Time Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join our Financial Services division and base at the Sutton Coldfield office.

You will provide essential administration and compliance support to our team of Mortgage Advisers, liaising with clients, lenders, insurers and solicitors to ensure a smooth mortgage completion path. Strong organisation and MS Office/CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with Word/Office and Excel; CRM databases experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and compliance support to Mortgage Advisers and liaise with clients, lenders, insurers and solicitors to ensure smooth mortgage completions.
• Request customer documentation and ensure documents are returned correctly; check, chase and collate details.
• Ensure all relevant case notes and documents are provided to all parties; carry out compliance checks for mandatory documents.
