Job summary

West One Loans in Watford is seeking a meticulous Completions Administrator to own cases from offer to completion and ensure documents are managed accurately.

You will monitor document expiries, maintain a pipeline, update systems, and work with underwriting to handle post-offer caseload, while providing regular forecasts to managers.

The role requires FCA knowledge, CeMAP is a plus, and a team-focused, deadline-driven mindset with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage expiration of documents and offers
• Maintain a pipeline of cases from offer through completion
• Update systems to maintain management information
• Collaborate with underwriting on post-offer caseload
• Process incoming completion documents
• Provide regular completion forecasts to the line manager
• Provide updates to brokers and solicitors
• Chase brokers for outstanding requirements
• Maintain relationships with brokers and solicitors and third-party suppliers
