Job summary

Refresh Network is seeking a Mortgage Network Compliance Supervisor to oversee regulatory compliance in mortgage lending. This is a remote, full-time role with responsibility for supporting brokers to achieve and maintain Competent Adviser Status, plus coaching advisers.

You will conduct file reviews, QA, and monitor CPD records, handle customer complaints, and drive process improvements while ensuring FCA requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements in mortgage lending.
• Experience supervising a team of mortgage advisers.
• Experience supporting brokers to achieve and maintain Competent Adviser Status.
• Experience in file reviewing processes for mortgage, protection, equity release.

Responsibilities

• Work with Compliance Manager to support advisers in achieving Competent Adviser Status.
• Support advisers to maintain Competent Adviser Status.
• Lead induction training for mortgage and equity release advisers.
• Perform QA reviews and observations.
• Review mortgage, insurance and equity release cases; provide risk feedback.
• Conduct 121 meetings and monitor KPIs.
• Handle adviser queries via phone and email.
• Review AR CPD records and give feedback.
• Review sales promotions and documentation; provide guidance.
