As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you\'ll provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a steady stream of warm, qualified leads.

You\'ll be the go-to expert for clients building or renovating their homes, ensuring they have the right mortgage products in place, and crucially, that their families and finances are fully protected.

With a strong pipeline of enquiries already waiting, you\'ll have the tools, leads, and administrative support to focus on what you do best: advising, closing, and earning.

Mortgage and Protection Advisor Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to self-build and renovation clients
• Handle a consistent pipeline of warm leads with a target of 15-20+ client sign-ups per month
• Recommend appropriate protection policies and maximise cross-selling opportunities
• Assess client eligibility, affordability, and risk to deliver compliant and suitable solutions
• Build lasting client relationships and generate referral business
• Keep up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and product changes
