• Strong background in Construction or Modular.
• Experience within an Estimating/ Compliance role.
• Experience across pre-contract and post-award project phases.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cost plans, cost estimates and technical compliance predominantly across Modular projects.
• Ensure all costs are backed up with demonstrable and achievable quotations.
• Act as the technical and commercial link between Sales, Projects, Depots, and Operations.
