Job summary

You will join the RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our SMR Division, operating across the Bridgwater cluster with pre-booked work and no reactive callouts. You’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics and in-depth repairs with a fully equipped RAC van and advanced diagnostics.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs you’d normally complete in a workshop
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards
• Advice and recommendations based on your inspection
