RAC is recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR division. You’ll operate on a scheduled plan, servicing and repairing vehicles at members’ driveways or workplace car parks, with pre-booked jobs and a digital schedule.

You’ll work in the Bridgwater cluster covering surrounding areas, using advanced diagnostics and delivering high-quality service with structured support and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• 2+ years’ experience preferred for the role.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilités

• Routine servicing.
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
• In-depth repairs you’d normally complete in a workshop.
• Member advice and recommendations based on your inspection.
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards.
