Qualifications

• Must show qualifications in vehicle maintenance and repair.

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.

• Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure the vehicle is repaired or returned to the workshop.

Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: Bodmin
Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £58,000 & overtime 1.5 / Guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385
Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8:00‑am – 4:30‑pm, 1 in 4 Saturday's

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns to diagnose vehicle issues and ideally get them back on the road; otherwise ensure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

Requirements

• Level 3 in Vehicle maintenance and repair (or Level 2, equivalent City & Guilds, IMI or NVQ). Must be able to show qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• A full UK driving licence no more than 9 points or bans.
• Demonstrate technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
