Mobile Van Technician

Location: Cambridge
Salary: up to £43,000 basic + 1.5 overtime & company van
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5am to 2pm / 4am to 1pm

We are searching for a talented Vehicle Technician for our clients Mobile Van Technician vacancy in the Cambridge area. You will be provided with a stocked van and full uniform. The Mobile Van Technician that secures the role will be someone comfortable working remotely with a diverse skill set and LCV Experience.

Mobile Van Technician Role

• Vehicle Servicing
• Fault Finding - using high tech Diagnostic Equipment
• An understanding of electronics and hydraulics
• Repairs – mechanical and ancillary equipment, hydraulics, chassis and bodywork, ensuring efficient and cost effective repairs
• Vehicle Inspections

Mobile Vehicle Technician Requirements

• Willing to travel considerable distances on occasion and willing to work overtime
• Good customer service ethos and presents a professional image
• Completion of all relevant paperwork ensuring that all work is compliant
• Applicant must be qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 standard (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance or have served a relevant apprenticeship
• A full UK Driving licence is required
