Responsibilities

  • Act as support services for supply partners and third parties.
  • Check orders and ensure processing with no errors.
  • Ensure timely responses to all updates and queries.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Manage the dispatch of BBDR requests.
  • Accurately place stock orders and manage returns.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 5:00/5:30 (37.5 hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as support services for daisy CS teams mainly acting as liaisons between daisy, supply partners and third parties
  • Checking orders to ensure processing / completion and no errors or issues, highlighting when needed.
  • Ensure all updates and queries are sufficiently responded to within SLA.
  • Assist in maintaining & building on the relationships between Daisy and suppliers as well as other third party partners.
  • Manage and timely dispatch BBDR requests / connections.
  • Accurately place stock orders for DEP devices where required and enrol with supplier, MDM enrolments (knox/zero touch) timely completed when required.
  • Accurately record mobile returns and RMA requests with suppliers directly and through third parties.
  • Book collections and report on repair progress of customer devices when requested with accurate & timely billing when required.
  • Review stock usage and backorders, placing stock orders with suppliers as required.
  • Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary, raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
  • Periodically review Daisy Security Policies – centrally hosted on the Intranet - to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory and company requirements.
  • If you are a Manager of staff, you must ensure: Ø your team are aware of their security responsibilities & know how to access Daisy Group Security Policies hosted on the Intranet; Ø the principles listed with the Daisy Group Security Policy Statement document are embedded within the operations of your team.
  • Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required.
  • To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation
