Responsibilities
  • Provide mobile security services and client service excellence across a portfolio of sites in a designated area.
  • Tasks include: Locks/unlocks, escort services, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, patrols, other mobile services as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager.

  • Mobile Security Services: Deliver a range of services (locks/unlocks, patrols, alarm responses, inspections, escort services).
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude.
  • Team Direction: Follow instructions from Team Leaders and collaborate effectively.
  • Uniform & Identification: Wear company uniform, display SIA license and ID card.
  • Vehicle Management: Complete handovers and checks at start/end of shifts.
  • Safe Driving: Follow Highway Code, drive carefully, maintain company reputation.
  • Key Management: Adhere to correct processes for handling keys.
  • Assignment Completion: Follow site instructions, conduct risk assessments.
  • Incident Escalation: Follow escalation processes for incidents, break-ins, health/safety issues, traffic accidents.
  • Reporting: Use GRS/SMP correctly, ensure accurate data entry, include photos where applicable.
  • Compliance: Follow SOP13 and SOP18, understand driver's handbook.
  • Flexibility: Work across Branch Guarding districts and assist other branches as needed.
  • Asset Security: Secure company assets, maintain PDAs, prevent scams.
  • Incident Reporting: Escalate incidents, risks, breakdowns, and RTAs (Road Traffic Accidents) to the Team Leader, ensuring reports align with company policy.
  • Core Values & Risk Awareness: Demonstrate understanding and engagement with Securitas' core values (Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness). Show ability to recognize workplace risks, prioritize safety, and comply with company policies, procedures, and training.
