Qualifications

Mobile Multi‑Skilled Vehicle Painter/Panel Beater

Salary: £57,200 per annum (Hourly paid)

Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday‑Friday

Based across our Eastern sites located in Attleborough, West Thurrock, Harrow, Rochester, Norwich and Saffron Walden.

Partnered with IRS (Intelligent Repair Services) based in Germany, who are the largest provider of accident claim services in Europe, this partnership provides Halo with an unrivalled platform and the resource for excellent training, development and employee packages!

To support our Bodyshops, we are seeking a Mobile Multi‑Skilled Vehicle Painter/Panel Beater with at least three years’ experience in vehicle painting and panel beating, as well as proficiency in jig work and MET. This role involves travelling between sites to provide cover when needed. You will work efficiently in a modern fast‑paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

The role will include, but is not limited to:
  • Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Painting.
  • Ensuring that all equipment and tools are used in accordance with defined safety requirements and maintained to a high standard.
  • Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Panel Repair/Replacement.
  • Light MET work.
  • Repairing through to filler stage.
  • A clear, methodical and clean working area which is to be maintained at all times.
  • Wear correct PPE, whilst following all company Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Follow company procedures, policies, practices and Production Manager’s instructions.
  • Supply a positive & enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times.
What are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of vehicle painting experience.
  • The ability to paint vehicles to the highest quality.
  • Level 3 vehicle painting (not essential).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Panel Beating.
  • Jig experience is essential.
  • MET experience.
  • Level 3 qualification is desirable.
