A leading facilities management company in Southwest London is seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer. The role involves performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and responding to reactive maintenance issues for Mechanical & HVAC systems. Candidates should have strong mechanical and HVAC experience, as well as the ability to manage multiple sites. This position offers a salary of £45,000 per annum, a company van, and additional benefits including 22 days holiday and overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

• Familiarity with CAFM / PDA technology.

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to Mechanical & HVAC plant.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and contractual obligations.
• Utilize technology for real-time job updates and comprehensive reports.

Skills

Knowledge of Heating & Air Conditioning Systems

Strong Mechanical & HVAC Experience

FM experience managing multiple sites

Education

Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineer

Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing

G3 Unvented (Advantageous)
