Stamford, Lincolnshire — Up to £50k per annum • Full Time

Responsibilities

• Every day is different—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. You’ll manage your stock, do your reporting, and keep customer conversations flowing.
• You’ll be trusted to think on your feet and make the right call for each customer. Different fixes, different faces, new challenges every day.
• Deliver first-class service by bringing expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers, wherever they are (driveways, office car parks, etc.).
• Provide effective communication and represent the RAC with pride in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
