Job description

Overview

We are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for a growing service provider to work on their flagship commercial contract in London. You will supervise a team of qualified electrical and mechanical foot mobile engineers to ensure first-class delivery of maintenance services on a newly won commercial contract.

The role offers a starting salary of £55,000, opportunities to progress, all travel paid, and a competitive holiday allowance. This is an exciting time to join a well-established company as they establish a new maintenance division on a major contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of foot mobile engineers across multiple sites.
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Manage CAFM system updates and reporting (JobLogic).
• Raise PO numbers and oversee job completion.
• Assist with engineering escalations and deliver first-class engineering services.
• Cover all sites under responsibility for this client, based in central London.

Requirements

• Electrical or mechanical qualifications (fully qualified); ideally multi-skilled (Level 3, 18th edition, NVQ/City and Guilds).
• Experience of working as a supervisor for a service provider on corporate contracts.
• Strong understanding of building compliance, PPM management, and health and safety.
• Great attitude, team player with strong client-facing skills.
