A leading facilities maintenance provider in Central London is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Expected to hold a City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations and a full UK driving license, you will work across premium commercial office spaces, ensuring the highest standards of service. Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial and/or high-end residential maintenance.
• Able to maintain service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Skills

Experience in commercial and high-end residential maintenance

Ability to perform planned preventative maintenance

Proficient in plumbing and basic fabric repairs

Understanding of Health & Safety guidelines

Education

Coverage: London & M25 Region

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

My client has both Foot Mobile and Van Mobile roles available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial and/or high-end residential maintenance.
