We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to join our team. Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff across multiple sites and provide cleaning cover during periods of staff sickness and annual leave.
- Travel between sites as required and drive to various locations, ensuring punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client expectations consistently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct site inspections and manage cleaning operatives at locations across West Yorkshire.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive approach with the drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in tasks.
- A full clean driving licence is essential.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within the cleaning or facilities management sector is preferred.
- Valid driving licence is essential for transportation duties.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
