A facilities management company is seeking a permanent Mobile Building Engineer based in Hull and East Yorkshire. The role involves maintenance tasks across multiple sites, with responsibilities including compliance and project management. Candidates must have a full UK driving license and relevant NVQ qualifications. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Mobile Building Engineer based at HMP Lindholme to cover Yorkshire and Humberside.
The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week between 08:00 - 17:00. There will be a need to work 1 in 4 weekends on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary). You will also be part of a call out rota.
The role will involve travel across the region covering approximately 6 establishments. Whilst usually based in a local region you may be required to attend other regions on the contract and could be required to work at an individual site for a period of time depending on business requirements. A work van and fuel card for business use will be provided.
