Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Director of Information Services, Funding and Exams—leading on strategic meetings and project delivery as required
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for senior leaders, governors, curriculum and support teams
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries and automate data pipelines across key MIS systems (EBS, ProMonitor, ProAchieve)
• Support audit readiness, funding submissions, SARs and inspections through high‑quality, validated reporting
• Mentor reporting analysts and lead best practices in data governance, digital innovation and performance reporting
• Collaborate cross‑college with Curriculum, Quality, Exams, Admissions and IT to drive data‑informed improvements
