MIG / TIG Welders Required!

BE Recruitment are故事 recruiting a Welder / Fabricator for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).

Preferably experience in stainless steel & aluminium.

Working Hours

• AM | Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
• PM | Monday - Wednesday: 14:00 - 00:00 & Thursday: 14:00 - 23:30 (Friday Off)

Pay

£14 - £18 depending on skill level.

Minimum Skills / Experience Required

• Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experienced in MIG / TIG welding.
• Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high‑quality finish.
• Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.дан>
• Excellent time management and workload prioritmada skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
