A local educational trust in Boston is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise pupil behavior during midday breaks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment, promoting healthy eating habits, and supporting positive interactions among students. Experience working with children and an understanding of health and safety principles are desirable. This role requires effective communication skills to engage and support pupils during meal times.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team monitoring pupil behaviour during the midday break and ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
The duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive. The postholder may be required to undertake other duties that may be required from time to time within the general scope of the post. Any such duties should not substantially change the general character of the post. Duties and responsibilities outside of the general scope of this grade of post will be with the consent of the postholder.
