Microsoft Power Apps Consultant

Location: Remote or Hybrid from London or Dublin

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Consultant to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular focus on Canvas Apps and Model‑driven Apps. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and implement responsive applications that enhance business processes and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model‑driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Build responsive Canvas Apps optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services (Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, etc.).
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' development experience in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform architecture and components.
• Proven expertise in Canvas Apps, ideally within a Customer Service environment.
• Experience in building responsive Canvas Apps for multi-device use.
• Familiarity with Model‑driven Apps and Dataverse.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Understanding of security roles, permissions, and governance within Power Platform.
