Find Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver our ambitious site acquisition programme. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in real estate, a proven track record in site acquisition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role will cover the East of the country and the Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new site opportunities in line with the company's expansion strategy.
- Lead negotiations for lease terms and agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for the business.
- Manage and oversee a number of projects at any one time from commencement to launch.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate sector to support acquisition goals.
- Present investment opportunities and acquisition proposals to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with planning, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth progression from acquisition to delivery.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive acquisition initiatives and implement change effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing real estate acquisitions.
- Extensive contact base within the property and real estate sector.
- Demonstrated success in delivering a high-volume acquisition programme.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate investment opportunities clearly and persuasively.
- Track record of securing favourable lease terms on behalf of occupiers.
- RICS qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Degree (2:2 or higher) preferred.

This role will be regional based (Covering the East of the country and the Home Counties) with occasional travel to the head office in Leeds. Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.
