A leading retail company is offering a graduate position in Planning and Merchandising, based in West London. This 12-month Graduate Scheme provides exposure to various business areas, including e-commerce and broadcasting. Candidates should have a relevant degree and good PC skills, alongside a passion for products. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence two days per week. Application deadline is December 30, 2025, with a start date in September 2026.

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our head office in Chiswick Park, West London two days per week.
Over the 12-month Graduate Scheme, you will be integrated into our Planning and Merchandising environment. You will have exposure across many other areas, including our e-commerce, non-live and broadcasting teams across the year.
We'll give you full exposure to our business. You'll start with a panoramic view of the business and then apply your skills and energy where they're best suited. You will rotate to experience our three main buying teams during your year with us, in Home, Fashion and Beauty. You will learn about how and what it takes to be a Planner at QVC. Learning about planning, programming and category merchandising.
You will report to the Merchandising Training Specialist, who will support you along with an assigned Mentor and Buddy for extra support throughout your year.
You've already obtained (in the last two years) or are in the final year of your degree with work experience whether through placements, internships, or university.
Trend aware, you'll be passionate about products and working in a retail head office, putting our customer at the centre of all you do.
You'll also need good PC skills, Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
If you can bring all that, there's a clear path for you to progress and develop, and we'll help you on the way.
