About

We are partnering with a Luxury Brand who are renowned for their heritage and exceptional quality, combining tradition and innovation across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrances.

In this role, we're looking for an organised and proactive Merchandising Assistant to join our team and provide key support across a range of product areas. Working closely with senior merchandisers, you'll help ensure stock is allocated effectively, replenished on time, and supported with accurate reporting.

What's on offer
  • Hybrid working in central London office
  • Flexi-time hours, start between 8am and 10am and finish between 4pm and 6pm, must work the core hours of 10am - 4pm each day and a total of 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Run weekly trade and business reports and contribute to team trade meetings.
  • Maintain product groups, including updating replenishment plans, processing stock movements, and consolidating stock across locations.
  • Liaise with Production, Warehouse & Distribution to track deliveries, prioritise stock for stores.
  • Maintain shared documents and support seasonal stock housekeeping.
  • Provide regular updates to the Merchandising team and seek approvals where required.
  • Compile ongoing store and product performance analysis.
  • Respond promptly to store stock queries and assist with locating required products.
