A dynamic fashion retailer in Manchester is looking for an enthusiastic Merchandising Admin Assistant to provide critical support to the merchandising team. This role involves managing daily admin tasks, ensuring timely stock updates, and collaborating with the warehouse. Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily admin tasks like raising POs and creating barcodes.
  • Ensure stock is updated and coming in on time.
  • Work with the warehouse to get stock online.
  • Review sales performance of bestsellers and worst sellers.

About the job Merchandising Admin Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced department at In The Style. This role requires the candidate to provide admin support to the merchandising team across multiple accounts.

Purpose – the difference you’ll make
Making sure the right stock, is in the right place, at the right time in order to drive sales!
  • Daily admin tasks- raising PO’s, creating barcodes, ensuring merchandising documents are up to date eg. Range plan
  • Critical path updates- ensure stock is coming in on time from suppliers
  • Working with the warehouse to get stock online
  • Review bestsellers & worst sellers to make sure they are maximised on site....

  • As part of the merchandising team, with responsibility of selected celeb/collaborations.
