Job summary

A leading real estate services firm is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee MEP activities across various corporate accounts in London. Key responsibilities include leading the engineering team, ensuring compliance with standards, and monitoring service delivery effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in critical environments, an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualification, and strong leadership skills. This is an on-site role that requires proactive problem-solving and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• HV/LV Authorised Person or ability to attend the required training.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with different levels.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to deliver required outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for building systems.
• Monitor the financial performance of the account.
• Manage and report on tasks related to the technical operation of building systems.
