Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Revit Technician within an MEP / building services environment.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP; experience with Navisworks is desirable.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health building services.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated MEP Revit models and technical drawings to a high standard.
• Work closely with MEP engineers to translate design intent into accurate models.
• Maintain and update project models, families, templates, and BIM standards.

Skills

Proven experience as a Revit Technician within an MEP / building services environment

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP

Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health building services

Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings

Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards

Good communication skills

Attention to detail

Experience in M&E Consultancy or Contracting

Education

HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Services or related discipline
