A mental health services organization based in Oxford is seeking a Mental Health Team Manager for its Transitional Supported Housing Project. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure support plans promote dignity, choice, and independence.
  • Manage complex cases and escalated serious concerns to clinical teams.
  • Facilitate move-ins, manage voids, and coordinate with referrals and housing teams.
  • Supervise and develop staff, manage rotas, recruitment, and training compliance.
  • Conduct audits, spot checks, and ensure health & safety standards.
