Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Pay: £13.68 per hour (while temp then £13p/h once perm)
Hours: Full-time & Part-time Available
Contract: Temp-to-Perm Opportunities

We’re looking for dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our friendly team in Stroud. You’ll be supporting adults with a variety of complex needs, including:

  • Autism and ADHD
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Mental Health Conditions
  • Behaviours that Challenge

Working across residential homes and supported living services, you’ll provide personalised, one-to-one care that changes lives for the better.

Shift Patterns:

Early: 7am 2:30pm

Late: 2:30pm 10pm

Long day: 7am 10pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting daily routines, personal care, and medication
  • Encouraging independence and life skills development
  • Helping people take part in meaningful activities and community life
  • Building strong, positive relationships with service users
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
  • Tailoring your approach to each individual’s unique needs
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Complex Needs support
  • A full UK driver’s licence (essential for accessing rural services)
