Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Cheltenham is seeking a part-time Mental Health Community Support Worker to provide essential support for adults with severe mental illnesses. Qualifications

• Commitment to obtain NVQ level 3 within 2 years if not already achieved.
• Experience in mental health or social care services at Bands 2, 3 or 4.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to adults with severe mental illnesses.
• Complete assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and therapeutic groups.
• Liaise with internal colleagues and external partners for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
