An exciting opportunity has arisen to employ a full time Mental Health Practitioner within the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. This role will focus on the delivery of population based mental health care for the community of Redditch. You will be working alongside a team of highly specialist practitioners and have direct relationships with the professionals within the local Primary Care Networks (PCN). If you are seeking a role that will enable new ways of working that will be the future delivery of community mental health care in England, then this is an opportunity you should not miss. Consideration will be made for flexible working and there may be some opportunities for staff members to work from home where clinically possible.
This is full time post, but we would consider applicants looking for part time.
