Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coach and Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport, a strong understanding of coaching as well as the ability to inspire and motivate players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and conduct an effective training program.
  • Attend all fixtures (for the right candidate).
  • Develop and implement game strategies and tactics.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to players to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate player progress and development.
  • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive club coaching approach.
  • Support the Club Coach in their role.
  • Support the planning and delivery of an effective training program.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to players to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
