Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Wirral is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to own membership growth, engage members and boost commercial performance. You will work with the General Manager and leadership to improve member acquisition, retention and profitability.

You will lead the fundamentals sales process, coach teams, drive revenue across memberships and products, and develop initiatives to increase retention and member satisfaction while building a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail or customer‑facing leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with focus on results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with confidence using KPIs and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Performance: champion the fundamentals sales process and drive conversion.
• Drive Member Retention: implement initiatives to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Grow the Business: develop lead generation and partnerships to increase membership.
• Lead And Develop Others: coach colleagues and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Support Club Operations: work with GM on day‑to‑day operations and standards.
