Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, boost retention and support the club's commercial success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead sales activity, coach colleagues and ensure every member journey from enquiry to loyalty.

You will own membership growth, engagement and club profitability, develop strategies with the leadership team, and lead from the front to deliver sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance and drive membership growth across the club.
• Coach colleagues to maximise sales and conversion.
• Drive membership sales through effective lead management and member engagement.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Deliver regular sales updates and performance presentations to the leadership team.
• Drive revenue across memberships, fitness products and secondary spend.
• Create initiatives to improve member engagement and retention.
• Develop strategies to improve member acquisition, retention and profitability.
• Lead lead-generation activity and build partnerships with local businesses and communities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of future talent.
