Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth and improve member retention across the club. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies that boost acquisition, engagement and overall profitability, while leading by example in a high-performance, member-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of membership growth across the club.
• Lead member engagement and drive commercial performance.
• Coach colleagues to maximise sales and conversions.
• Resolve customer journeys from enquiry to long-term loyalty.
• Monitor KPIs and present regular sales updates to leadership.
• Drive revenue across memberships, fitness products and ancillary spend.
• Develop and implement campaigns to improve retention and engagement.
• Foster partnerships with local businesses and community groups to grow membership.
