Everlast Gyms in England seeks a Sales & Retention Manager to own membership growth, retention and overall commercial performance across the club. You will report to the General Manager and lead sales activity while coaching colleagues to excel at every member touchpoint.

Develop strategies to improve acquisition, retention and profitability; build local partnerships; drive revenue through memberships and fitness products; ensure an outstanding member journey and a high‑performance club culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with KPI and performance data experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Positive, resilient, solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fundamentals sales process across the club.
• Coach and develop colleagues to maximise sales and conversions.
• Drive membership sales through lead management and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to hit targets.
• Deliver regular sales updates to the leadership team.
• Drive revenue across memberships and related products.
