Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, enhance member engagement and strengthen the club's commercial performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead sales activity, coach teammates to maximise results and ensure every member journey—from enquiry to loyalty—is seamless.

You'll combine commercial thinking, people leadership and customer experience to maximise club performance and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
Positive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales Performance by championing and delivering the fundamentals sales process across the club.
Drive member retention with campaigns and initiatives to enhance engagement.
Grow the business through lead generation and local partnerships.
Lead and develop others through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
Support club operations in day-to-day activities and health and safety compliance.
