Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager in the United Kingdom to drive membership growth, improve member engagement and enhance club profitability. You'll work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies that convert enquiries into memberships and strengthen the member journey.

• Lead sales activity and coach colleagues to maximise sales performance and conversion
• Drive membership sales through effective lead management and member engagement
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets
• Deliver regular sales updates and performance presentations to the leadership team
• Drive revenue across memberships, fitness products and secondary spend
