Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to lead membership growth and improve retention across the club. You will report to the General Manager, drive sales activity, coach teammates, and ensure a seamless member journey from enquiry to loyalty.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercial thinking with people leadership, delivering sustainable growth and strong member experiences. You will build partnerships and lead local initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or memberships with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and drive commercial targets.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities
