Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to lead membership growth, boost retention and drive commercial performance across the club. Working with the General Manager, you will develop strategies to improve member acquisition, retention and club profitability, while coaching colleagues to maximise sales and deliver outstanding service.

You'll lead initiatives, build partnerships, and ensure every member journey—from enquiry to loyalty—delivers value and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and driving membership growth.
• Ability to analyse retention trends and implement campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own membership growth, engagement and commercial performance across the club.
• Develop strategies with the GM to improve acquisition and retention.
• Deliver regular sales updates and performance reviews to the leadership team.
• Coach colleagues to maximise sales and conversion.
• Drive revenue across memberships and fitness products.
