Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, improve retention and support club commercial success. You’ll lead sales activity, coach colleagues and ensure a seamless member journey from enquiry to loyalty.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies that boost acquisition, retention and profitability, while championing a high-performance culture and delivering revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
• Positive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth and club-wide commercial performance.
• Coach and develop colleagues to maximise sales and conversion.
• Drive membership sales through effective lead management and member engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Deliver regular sales updates and performance presentations to leadership.
• Drive revenue across memberships, fitness products and secondary spend.
• Create initiatives to improve member engagement and retention.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community groups to drive growth.
