Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth and maximise club performance. You will lead sales activity, coach colleagues and ensure a seamless member journey from enquiry to loyalty.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll combine commercial focus with people leadership and an exceptional customer experience to deliver sustainable growth across the club.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Positive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.

Responsibilities
